Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid the costly impact of last minute cancellations it has been necessary to introduce a cancellation policy.

All appointments of two hours duration or longer will be subject to our cancellation policy.

If we receive less than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment of two hours duration or longer half of the full fee for the treatment or treatments booked will be charged.

If we receive less than 8 hours notice to cancel an appointment the full fee for the treatment or treatments booked will be charged.

Either

At the time of booking credit card details must be provided in order to confirm the appointment

Or

Clients may choose to pay for the treatment at the time of booking over the telephone so that there is no need for us to store clients card details on our system.

Please be assured that

• Our computerised system is fully protected with traceable passwords for all staff who access the system.
• We are fully registered with the data protection agency and meet their high standards for protection of sensitive client information on our system.
• We will take the utmost care to ensure your card details are fully protected.

This policy will be displayed in the salon and on our web site
It will be subject to change without prior notice except where card details or payment has already been taken as part of this agreement

 

Standing Orders

Bliss Beauty by Cerys reserves the right to decide the circumstances in which payment by standing order is acceptable. All goods and services provided under a standing order agreement are dependant on payments being received in advance of supply. Proof of identity may be required. A Bliss Beauty by Cerys standing order form must be completed in full and first payment received in advance.
